E4C Scout learned a new trick E4C Scout now automatically removes outdated deals and re-checks places regularly — so you only see what's current. Open the app in a new area? Scout gets to work immediately and can surface new deals within the hour.

Minor Fix Added share counts in Profile

New - Share Deals from a Place – You can now share deals directly while viewing a place with deals. - Profile > Activity – See your past created deals under Activity. - Clearer Voting – UI updates make it easier to mark deals as Active or Inactive. - Improved Reporting – Reporting incorrect data for a place or deals are clearer, with a text box so you can explain the issue. Removed - Removed Deal Comments – Comments on deals have been removed to keep the experience simple and focused.

New - New Start/End Time Options – When adding a deal, you can now set times to “Open” or “Close” for more flexibility. - Improved Deal Display – Deals at a place are now highlighted by Current, Upcoming, and Past, making it easier to see what’s happening now vs later. iPhone only Updates – iOS now includes the improvements previously added on Android: - Smoother navigation between the Find and Place pages - Tap the Eat4Cheaper logo on the Find page to instantly scroll back to the top

NEW: Search for both places and areas (for logged-in users) – You can now either choose a specific place directly or select an area to see all its locations. Improvements: - Fixed Find Page “Jumping” Issue – The results list now loads without that pesky bounce effect. - Minor Interface Improvements – Polished up a few UI elements for a cleaner look and better usability. - Updated Login & Create Account Wording – Clearer instructions to make signing in or creating an account easier.

Features being added: - Ability to select multiple days when adding/editing a deal (great for happy hours) - Version checker - When we release a new version of the app, you'll be notified and can click a link to go right to the store and update it. - E4C Scout - I created an AI that helps me find and add deals. We're naming him E4C Scout. We've found over a thousand deals to get added to the app from wherever you have used the app. Those will start showing up soon and will be continually added as the app is used. Improvements: - Added a new tab - Messages - this has both automated messages and gives you an easy way to communicate with us in the app. - Fixed some GPS permissions that caused Androids to timeout when waiting for deals - Increased the character limit on deals from 140 to 400 characters. - Fixed a bug that sometimes shows duplicate places when on lower bandwidth networks
